On March 27, 2025 , Thuro Metal achieved a significant milestone by being designated a Delegated Supplier Quality Assurance Representative (DSQAR) supplier for Parker Hannifin’s Stratoflex Division.
The following was conveyed to us by Daniel Jenco. Daniel is Parkers Aerospace Group’s Supplier Excellence Engineer:
“Your hard work, dedication to Zero Defects and sustainment of your Supplier Returned Parts Per Million (SRPPM) has awarded you with being selected as a DSQR for Parker Hannifin Stratoflex Division.
It is by no small measure that you have been selected, and you should recognize your team for the work put into achieving this milestone.
There are many benefits to becoming a DSQR i.e.

Avoiding delays in Incoming Receipts (IR) submittals pending review and approval in Net Inspect. Once your IR is submitted it is “Automatically Approved”.
IRs will be randomly audited periodically to ensure integrity with the DSQR Program for which you have been selected.

Dock to stock status from your facility to our shelf and ready to be used immediately upon receipt.
With that said, your role is extremely important in verifying that all blueprint and P.O. flow down requirements have been met prior to shipping.
- Identifying non-conformances and preventing defective products from being shipped to your customer. As a DSQR, you are the last line of defense for your organization prior to products being shipped and are representing Parker Hannifin while performing your DSQR role.
