Our mission is to inspire and prepare young people for success in the world of manufacturing by providing hands-on experiences, professional mentorship, and real-world exploration modern engineering, quality, and production technologies. We strive to cultivate problem-solving skills, creativity, teamwork, and leadership while introducing Explorers to the full spectrum of manufacturing—from design and engineering to fabrication, automation, quality, and sustainability. Through practical learning and community partnerships, we empower youth to discover their potential and develop the knowledge, confidence, and character to become tomorrow’s innovative industry leaders.

Hands-On Manufacturing Experience and Real-World Exploration with Professional Mentorship
Explorers work directly with professionals in each manufacturing discipline to lean advanced manufacturing techniques, tools and technologies, including:
- CNC machining — Operate real CNC equipment.
- Engineering design — Explore CAD modeling, tolerances, and design-for-manufacture principles, as well as
- CNC programming.
- Fabrication Techniques — Cut, mill, drill, and assemble components using industrial tools.
- Quality Inspection — Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and digital gauges.
